The 5 week Nutrition Course dives deeper into the topics discussed at the Nutrition Seminar (& then some). Each week we will focus on developing healthy habits around sleep, stress & hydration. We will then get into learning about the different macronutrients: proteins, fats & carbs. We will learn how to track macros & establish a personal baseline set of macros for YOU. We will touch on micronutrients, supplements & Holiday strategies that will encourage you to stick to your goals. This is an interactive Facebook group, so feel free to participate, share, encourage & support one another!
